Tucked away in the vibrant Roma Nte. neighborhood of Ciudad de México, Sepia presents itself as a beacon of Italian culinary craftsmanship. The restaurant boasts an inviting atmosphere, particularly with its cozy outdoor seating that allows diners to relish the pleasant ambiance. Reviews highlight standout dishes such as the Braciole di Maiale, a succulent sous-vide pork chop complemented by a rich hazelnut and Marsala sauce, and the delectable Costolette di Agnello, where lamb ribs are crusted with fine herbs and paired with truffle carrot puree. Customers rave about the Granchio Guscio (fried soft shell crab) and the flavorful pasta options, including cavatelli with Italian sausage and a hearty shrimp-crab risotto. The extensive wine selection, curated by an in-house sommelier, further enhances the dining experience, allowing for perfect pairings with each meticulously prepared dish. Though some patrons noted slow service during quieter moments, the friendly and knowledgeable staff make every effort to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Whether you’re enjoying a casual lunch or celebrating a special occasion, Sepia emerges as a promising destination for Italian cuisine lovers in Mexico City, with plans for return visits firmly set in the minds of many satisfied diners.

Loved the venue. Easy to find parking on the street and also valet was available. Had the chance to sit outside which was super cozy and perfect. Food was delicious. Had the granchio guscio (fried soft shell crab) as an appetizer. Pastas were great too; tried the cavatelli with italian sausage and tomato and the shrimp-crab risotto. Tiramisu is a must for dessert, also very tasty. Drinks and wine by the glass were great and not expensive at all. Overall, one of my new fav Italian venues in Mexico City. I will go back for sure!

One of the best italian restaurants I have been so far. Excellent food and a great selection of wine. Service is great and the location is perfect, especially the outdoor roof top bar and restaurant.

Great find in Condesa. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, service is fast and all dishes we ordered were consistently good. A bit empty during day, gets busy at night, so reservation is recommended, but not a must. Worth a visit!

We came here for a prix fixe menu during NYE. We had a pretty awesome experience as a group, but I don't know what day to day operations are like. I would say the servers were amazing - they were very attentive and were happy to bring us anything we needed. They also have an in house sommelier, so it was cool to hear her feedback on our wine selections. Would come back!

The ambiance is super fun at Sepia. We were seated in the rooftop bar area, it's very nice. Food and drinks were truly delicious, especially the beautifully plated dessert. Service was a little slow (even though the restaurant wasn't busy), but otherwise, everyone was very nice and courteous.

I came here after being recommended by my concierge at the hotel, and baby no disappointment I can guarantee. The overall environment it's very cozy and the upstairs rooftop it's very hype and feels very young and relaxed almost like a bar All the dishes I try including the main dish which was a mushroom ravioli with truffle sauce was amazing!! The service was amazing all the waiters and the staff were helpful always present making sure you have everything you need, Omar was my waiter and he was outstanding!!!! The only negative point what is the very very loud music at the rooftop and the smoking been permitted. The wine menu was very good. Are your in Mexico city? Want some good food ? Don't think twice, came here and get happy !

We had the artichoke carpaccio, the artichoke risotto and a the spaghetti alla chitarra. The food was outstanding and you can get a sense of the menu by going directly into their webpage, it has descriptions and prices to give you a sense of what you can enjoy.

Sepia offers an incredibly talented chef paired with excellent waitstaff and the maitre d’. The sommelier is also exceptional. He suggested a Spanish wine from Alicante, and it was really great. The decor is also really well thought out, modern and interesting. Highly recommended
